Laketran and Geauga Transit have teamed for a Hiring Event to recruit part-time drivers for two locations: Laketran and Geauga Transit. We are excited to announce a Hiring Event on May 30 for part-time bus drivers at both locations.
We’re not only excited about driving…. we’re excited about how we serve our community. Our ideal candidate is passionate about customer service, reliable, and team-oriented. Driving for Laketran or Geauga Transit can be a rewarding part-time job that and can easily turn into full-time career opportunity. We welcome candidates looking to make a career change.
A commercial driver’s license (CDL) is not required for hire – only a valid Ohio driver’s license is required to work as a driver. All applicants must pass a background check, drug-test and ODOT physical.
Hiring Event aims to hire up to 25 drivers
Event Details: Laketran and Geauga Transit aim to fill multiple part-time driving positions. All applicants are guaranteed an interview at our joint Hiring Event on Tuesday, May 30, 2023 from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. at Auburn Career Center at 8140 Auburn Rd, Concord, OH 44077. Please use the restaurant entrance.
All applicants must pass a background check, drug-test, ODOT physical and be available for six-week training class that begins Monday, June 12.
