Payment Methods
Exact Cash or Check (at time of boarding).
Prepayment (paid in advance to driver or in office – money will then be put on account).
Drivers cannot make change. Credit Cards are not accepted.
*For eligibility, please complete an Elderly & Disabled Reduced Fare Application.
** Stop of 5 minutes or less (if over 5 minutes, regular fare will be charged).
*** Personal Care Attendant (PCA) – Person designated or employed specifically to help the eligible individual meet his or her needs. PCA must be picked up and dropped off at the same location as eligible rider.
**** Companion – Person accompanying an eligible rider, other than PCA, and are picked up and dropped off at the same location as the eligible rider.
